Welcome to our family, where our passion for helping you find the perfect apartment is matched only by our commitment to making your experience enjoyable and stress-free. The process is aimed to be as simple as possible. After selecting the package level you prefer, you will receive an email with a questionnaire asking for information regarding what you are interested in for an apartment. This allows us to get information on what you are looking for in an apartment and make a recommendation list. If your package includes a consultation, we will set up a face-to-face or video consultation to explore preliminary recommendations. Topics covered in the consultation include a review of the questionnaire in person or video, previous locations you visited, Deal Breakers, and your desired Area for your apartment, and using that, we will compile a list of apartments that fit your interests best.

What we offer
Deluxe Recommendations
This package offers a curated list of apartments best suited to your needs. For every apartment on the list there is a summary that contains details about the Apartment, Building, Amenities, and Local Attractions.
Premium Recommendations
Two rounds of hand-picked apartment lists. with summaries of Apartments, Buildings, Amenities, Local Attractions, and Community. This package includes a free consultation before recommendations are made. Another consultation is offered after the first recommendations have been reviewed. A Second offer of recommendations is then curated to provide even better-fitting apartments for an additional charge of $26.50
Diamond Recommendations
Starting with 3 Free consultations, this package offers Apartments and Summaries with up to 5 lists of recommendations. 2 more Consultations are offered after the third List of recommendations to further specialize and personalize the next curated list of apartments for an additional charge of $26.50 per consultation.

Any and all consultations scheduled outside of that time frame will be canceled. Each additional Consultation is an additional $25
